Easter University Closedown 2016 Payroll Deadline for Final Approvers

Please be informed that due to our Easter University Closedown 2016, the 
Payroll processing deadline has been altered slightly to accommodate payment 
on 31 March 2016.

Staffs submitting electronic timesheets are required to submit completed time sheets by 11:00am Wednesday 23 March 2016.  

In order for your staff to be paid on the 31 March 2016, as the final approveryou are required to approve all submitted timesheets between 2:30 pm and 4:00 pm.  If there is no available timesheets for approval, please check with the 
Supervisor / First Approver as they are required to approve them before you 
can do so.  For this special pay period, timesheets will not be automatically escalated to you if the first approval processes are not fulfilled.

Any automated time sheets that are submitted and approved after the deadline 
outlined above will be processed for payment on Thursday 14 April 2016.
