Ever wanted to know how healthy you are on the inside? Well, we’ve teamed up with BUPA to provide Monash staff and students access to an online Health Assessment Tool to tell you just that.

Hazard Alert - Bunsen Burner safety

Bunsen burners can present a fire risk and burn hazard. The open flame burns at a high temperature and can ignite the surrounding materials resulting in serious damage and burns. A gas leak left undetected can pose an explosion risk and can cause damage and injury.

Hudson Institute and the Department of Medicine will be hosting their joint seminar series on Thursday, 12 September as part of  R U OK? Day. The seminar will be facilitated by Associate Professor Craig Hassed who will explore mindfulness, caring for others and caring for oneself.

Photocopy audit

The University as a whole has commenced a three month photocopying monitoring audit.  This audit is mandatory under the Copyright Act and the terms of the educational licence held by the University.

Free public forum: Cerebral palsy – a brighter future

The Ritchie Centre is hosting a free public forum on cerebral palsy - a physical disability that affects movement and posture, caused by damage to the developing brain before, during or soon after birth.  CP affects 37,000 Australians.
