Imposter Syndrome': A discussion forum for SCS HDR (PhD and Masters) students

'Imposter Syndrome' is a phrase that describes the inappropriate, but common concern of being exposed as a ‘fraud’. It is generally defined as a feeling that we aren’t good enough or deserving of our success, often accompanied by the fear that one day our peers will realise this.

MRO Guide for Adding Research Outputs into RMS

In 2018, the ARC introduced a new method of adding your research outputs into RMS. Now, for all grant schemes, you are no longer able to upload a PDF of your publications but instead your research outputs should already be loaded into your profile on RMS and then selected in your proposal.

Monash Medical Student Simulation Survey

Monash Children's Hospital are currently conducting a research project to assess what current student experiences and attitudes to simulation based education at university are. They are using this survey to evaluate the current use of simulation based education and to gain an understanding of the current advantages and limitations of simulation based education while at medical school.

Dr Ai Li Yeo receives best clinical abstract award at EULAR

Congratulations to Dr Ai Li Yeo who has received the best clinical abstract award at the 2019 European Congress of Rheumatology (EULAR) held in Madrid last week.

Dr Yeo, a PhD candidate at Monash University, and Rheumatologist and Infectious Disease Fellow at Monash Health, was one of six people to receive the best clinical abstract award out of almost 5000 submitted.
