New Opportunities: Heart Foundation Strategic and COVID grants

New Opportunities:  4x Heart Foundation Strategic Grants
These grants aim to generate innovative and collaborative research projects in the areas where identified gaps in cardiovascular health exist, with a focus on four specific areas. Applications may relate to any research discipline (i.e. biomedical, clinical, public health, health services) or be multidisciplinary. All four grants will run in two stages, with stage one success required to progress to stage two.

PURE: Creating & validating external Projects - Change in process

At May's Research Managers' Forum, a decision was made to restrict the ability to create a Project record in Pure to administrative staff (MRO and Research Mangers with the relevant roles in Pure). Therefore from today (Monday 27 July 2020), Researchers will no longer be able to create Project records.

Congratulations to Bone and Muscle Health researchers Professor Peter Ebeling and Associate Professor David Scott,  Co-investigators on the TeleFFIT project which received a $1.39 million Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) grant, that was recently announced by Federal Minister for Health, The Hon. Greg Hunt MP.
