Important Reminder: Use of NHMRC Funds for Overseas Travel
In relation to overseas travel using NHMRC funds please note the following:
The NHMRC Funding Agreement and NHMRC Direct Research Costs (DRCs) Guidelines specify the conditions that apply to all grant and fellowship recipients and it is a requirement that researchers abide by them if they wish to continue to receive NHMRC funding.

2019 MIME Seed Fund round and Affinity Meetings
Monash Institute of Medical Engineering (MIME) is preparing to launch its annual seed fund. The 2019 MIME Seed Fund will be initiated through a series of affinity meetings with our partner hospitals.

Call for applications - 2019 Faculty Travel Grant - for eligible SCS Early Career Researchers
Under the Faculty Travel Grant Scheme 2019, the School of Clinical Sciences at Monash Health (SCS) is offering 11 travel grants, each valued at $1000. These grants are to support early to mid-career researchers (Levels A-C) for their international conference travel, and allocation is contingent upon abstract acceptance. We now invite applications from eligible SCS staff.

Congratulations to Dr Simone Gibson, Senior Lecturer, Department Of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food on receiving the Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) for Teaching Excellence. Dr Gibson has won the award in the Biological, Health & Related Studies category, which includes a prize money of $15,000.
