MRFF Consultation - Medical Research and Innovation Priorities 2020-2022

A national consultation process is now underway to guide the third set of the MRFF- Australian Medical Research and Innovation Priorities for 2020–2022.

Shortly, there will be Monash Town Hall Meetings to provide further information and to gather input for a Monash response. Please consider registering to attend one of these events and have your say as these are important pillars to the MRFF framework.

The wide consultation is open to the Australian public, organisations with expertise in health and medical research and innovation, consumer representatives, clinicians and health services managers.

This is your chance to have input into the consultation process around setting the MRFF Priorities for the next 2 years. Time is short as the consultation ends Oct 7th 2020 so meetings will be planned for later this month.

MRFF Priorities are designed in accordance with the MRFF Act with the purpose of informing Government decision-making on future initiatives. The Priorities are considered by the Minister for Health before the Commonwealth Government decides on the disbursement of funding from the MRFF. For these reasons it is important that we are engaged in the development of the new MRFF Priorities.

Please find below:
