Zoom meetings now require passcodes, please note important information and instructions below with links:
Hosts - Any new meetings scheduled after 13:00 on Thursday, 9 July will be automatically created with a system-generated passcode or will need a manually entered numeric passcode.
Attendees -Using “Join a Meeting” feature via the Zoom application - attendees will be prompted for the passcode.
Calendar links - all new meeting links will have the passcode automatically embedded and attendees will not need to manually enter the passcode.
Pre-existing meetings - will not automatically have a passcode applied, however, we recommend meeting hosts proactively update their existing meetings to include a 6 digit numeric passcode.
