The Snow Medical Resarch Foundation (Snow Medical) are offering fellowships to support emerging leaders in biomedical research, at the early-mid career stage. Up to two fellowships will be awarded, supporting $1M per year, for up to 8 years. Applicants must have 5 to 10 years of post-doctoral experience (not including career disruptions). MD/PhD applicants may have up to 12 years experience. Note that Snow Medical seeks bold proposals only achievable through long-term funding. An element of measured risk relative to traditional funding programs is acceptable. Internal Monash Pre-selection
Due to expected strong competition, Snow Medical requires each university to limit the number of applications. Therefore, researchers may not apply as a Monash candidate without first being selected by Monash. The MRO will coordinate this pre-selection. Interested candidates should complete the attached "pre-selection" form, seek approval from their head of department/school, then submit to mhs@monash.edu by 19 August 2020.
