MMC Level 2 Security Office Relocation

The Monash Medical Centre (MMC) Level 2 Site Security Control Room is relocating. All customer-facing Security administration for MMC and MCH will be administered 24x7 from the Level 1 Security Office.

How will this change impact me?

• All walk-up enquiries will now occur at the level 1 Security Admin office eg: ID/Access cards, Keys
• The Level 2 Security office will close at 6pm today (Thursday March 26, 2020).
• Some remaining car park intercom units will be removed and signage installed to direct enquiries to the security office telephone number.
• There will be no change to the Security team response to alarms, duress etc.

How do I find the Level 1 Security Office?

• Take the BLUE lifts to Level 1 and follow the wayfinding signage towards Foodservices
• Turn right towards Loading Dock 2, opposite Foodservices
• The Level 1 Security Admin Office is part way down this corridor
