- When ordering items to be delivered to the store please notify the team of the items purchased and estimated delivery dates.
- Large bulky items should be delivered directly to the area where they are needed to avoid delays in goods being received. If you are expecting the delivery of large items please contact the store directly so the team can assist you in the planning and receiving of these goods directly.
- When your goods arrive the team will contact you to pick up your items.
- Collection times are 10am - 12pm or 2pm - 4pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure you enter the store from the main building entrance not the roller door.
- If you are unable to pick up your items during these times please notify the team so alternate arrangements can be made.
