Australia- Indonesia Centre (AIC)- Small and Rapid Research (SRR) grants are now open

Australia- Indonesia Centre (AIC) has established Small and Rapid Research (SRR) grants scheme. SSR grants scheme aims to provide analysis which seeks to inform the policy community about the opportunities to address the impact of COVID-19 in Indonesia.

The SRR Grants will establish research teams of Indonesians and Australians from both countries’ top universities to collaborate on projects.
Areas of Focus are:

  • COVID-19, people and health  
  • COVID-19, people and connectivity  
  • COVID-19, people and economic recovery  

The scheme will fund Small and Rapid Research (SRR) Projects with up to AUD 20,000 each. SRR Projects must be completed in 2020.

ELIGIBILITY 
The SRR projects are open to researchers from all disciplines.

Each SRR project must be co-led by two project co-leaders: one based at an AIC Australian partner university and one based at an AIC Indonesian partner university.

If you do decide to apply, please create the Pure record to represent your application, upload a copy of your application draft, and send it to Pre-Approval (at least 2 weeks before the Funder deadline). Once your Pure record is approved by your Faculty, MRO will submit your application to the PAIR program.
