Mindful May

Being in isolation and working from home has changed our daily routines.  We all may be feeling alone and wondering "when is this going to end?"

That's why its important to stay in the present, be mindful and look after your mental health and wellbeing.

To assist with this, teams from Monash Health and Wellbeing, Counselling, Team Monash, HR and Monash Sport have brought together a collection of the best mindfulness and wellness activities that Monash has to offer.

We will be sharing tips, events and opportunities for you to be mindful through meditation, physical activity, social connectedness, nutrition and better relaxation and sleep.  So take care of yourself during Mindful May and get involved here.
