The
Monash Research Office have drafted an offline application form to assist
applicants with preparing their Investigator Grant application before the RGMS
application form opens on the 5th of December 2018.
This resource is attached
and is available for download from the MRO Investigator Grant intranet page
Thisoff-line form is intended as a tool to allow applicants to work on, and review,
the potential sections of an Investigator Grant application outside of RGMS.
Applicants are advised to ensure that they review NHMRC’s supporting
documentation, including the Grant Guidelines and Guide to Applicants prior to
starting their application. These documents are available from GrantConnect.
You will need an account to access these documents (Under the relevant scheme
click on the “GO Documents” button to find the individual pdfs).
The
format/questions and sections included in the template are the Monash Research
Office’s best assumption at what the Investigator Grant form might include
based on the information provided so far from NHMRC and should be used as a
guide only. The template includes text direct from the NHMRC Investigator Grant
Grant Guidelines or Guide to Applicants as well as hints and tips text provided
by the MRO Research Development Team with regard to the various sections.
The
MRO will provide further guidance on the impact case studies after the final
Investigator Grant guidelines have been released by the NHMRC on the 5th of
December.
Please
contact us at mhs@monash.edu if you have any questions about
applying for an Investigator Grant next year.
