Online Hazard & Incident reporting system
With the successful implementation of the online Hazard
& Incident reporting system, the old paper-based reporting tool will be
phased out by the end of September. The online system marks a major advancement
for effectively capturing hazards and incidents, as well as providing
"live" analysis of data and trends.Reporting on paper forms will therefore no longer be
accepted after the 30th of September and staff and
students will be instructed to complete the Hazard & Incident form online. All reference to the old forms will be removed from the OHS
website and staff and students who have blank hard copies are asked to dispose
of them.
