Dr Vera Golder promoted to Associate Professor and appointed as new SCS Director of Undergraduate Medical Education

Congratulations to Vera Golder on her appointment as Director of Undergraduate Medical Education at SCS and promotion to Associate Professor at Monash University.  Vera follows in the footsteps of Michelle Leech, Sally Ayoub and Julia Harrison in this role which leads undergraduate medical education at SCS.

Head of School, Professor Eric Morand said “I am so pleased to have Associate Professor Golder take on this vital role in our School. She is a gifted educator, outstanding researcher, and natural leader, and I know she will do an amazing job despite the challenges of the pandemic for clinical learning".

I hope to further nurture an inclusive learning environment and to support the development of the future medical workforce”, said Dr Golder, a researcher within the Rheumatology Group.
