A reminder to all staff to participate in the Thrive@Home survey conducted by our Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health.
The survey is open until 11.59pm Sunday 13 September. It is entirely voluntary and anonymous, and will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Survey link here
Many of you may be aware of the Thrive@Home surveys conducted by our Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health. These surveys were initially developed for our students so we could capture their experience of being at home in isolation and develop resources to best support them going forward.
Through these surveys, we have gained strong insights into the support our students are in need of throughout the COVID-19 crisis and beyond.
Our mental health leadership group has now worked with the Turner Institute to develop an initial Thrive@Home survey for staff, so we can provide further support to you.
It will provide you the opportunity to reflect on your COVID-19 experience and your general wellbeing, sleep and lifestyle behaviours. It will also ask you to indicate where Monash can make the necessary changes to promote sustained staff wellbeing and a safe return to campus when this becomes possible.
Your responses will be invaluable in developing new resources for resilience and adaptive coping throughout this period. Through your participation, we will strengthen our collective wellbeing and ensure our University enters the post-pandemic period with a sense of purpose and vigour in tackling global challenges.
