Register for MNHS Academic Supervisor: Supporting Your Staff workshop

In accordance with the email performance supervisors received on Monday, 16 September from the Deputy Dean, Academic and Graduate Affairs, the Faculty requires that each appointed academic performance supervisor has appropriate training in order to undertake supervisory responsibilities.

Importantly, the University, as part of the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and under the performance development process, requires all academic performance supervisors to complete appropriate training in the process and methods of providing feedback to the staff that they supervise.

More importantly though, is that all of us with supervisor responsibilities have the confidence and commitment to having valuable and purposeful conversations that recognise people’s contribution to Monash and the broader community, describe what success looks like and supports everyone in achieving their career aspirations.

Peninsula:
Friday, 18 October 10:00am - 1:30pm

Clayton: 
Monday, 28 October 1:30pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday, 30 October 9:30am - 1:00pm
Thursday, 31 October 1:30pm - 5:00pm

• Select Request for your preferred session and provide your cost centre and fund code when prompted. You will receive an email with a calendar invite confirming your registration. Please accept the calendar invite.

Cancellation policy:
In the event you are unable to attend, you can withdraw from the session via myDevelopment 5 days prior to the session without penalty. Withdrawal within 4 days, or non-attendance on the day, will incur a cost of $300 to your School.
