The ARC has published a new Cross Scheme Eligibility & Frequently Asked Questions document for the Discovery Program (2018 edition). Please take special note of 2.4.1, 2.5, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6, as they relate to RMS bugs and eligibility issues.
