Purchasing Assistant (SSG) FTE 0.5 - 0.6

Duties to include:
- Process purchase orders
- Manage invoices with finance and ensure orders are receipted
- Collect and distribute Mail
- Provide support to the Store (Accept goods, pick orders, communicate with staff about orders)
