What's in a name? Confused about when to use the terms Phytochemical or Phytonutrient?
The terms 'Phytochemical' and 'Phytonutrient' seem to be loosely thrown around these days. So to set things straight, Professor Gary Williamson, Head of the Department of Nutrition, Dietetics and Food, together with a team of international collaborators have sought to create an easy-to-use reference for the use of these terms in a bid to improve standardisation. As of Monday 24 February, the University is moving to virtual permits which means there will be no more paper permits to display on vehicle windows or dashboards. As a result, Yellow Permits will no longer be available from SCS Reception.
