To support Diabetes Week (14th-20th of July) Monash Wellbeing and Monash Sport will be offering free Staff Wellbeing Activity Program (SWAP) physical activity classes at the Clayton, Caulfield and Peninsula campuses.
We want to make the step towards a healthier lifestyle easy for the Monash community by eliminating barriers such as cost, time and inconvenience and bringing them direct to you.
