Below is an outline of the event schedule.
4.45pm - Please arrive to set up your table and material
5.00pm - Event commences
5.30pm - Brief presentations to give an overview of SCS, Hudson, MHTP.
6.00pm - Supervisors speak directly with students
7.00pm - Event concludes, pack up
The SCS and Hudson Institute communication teams will arrange a table for each theme/centre, signage, and we will also be arranging catering (pizza).
Please bring along any collateral (about your lab and projects) to distribute on the night. It’s always helpful if current students also attend and can speak to prospective students about their experiences. Post event, students will once again be encouraged to make a direct booking to meet you in your lab, on our site, and view the Precinct’s facilities.
