As part of
the University’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, Monash HR has
implemented a range of policies, programs and initiatives designed to support
staff with parental and caring responsibilities.
Support
for parents and carers is critical to the University's ability to attract and
retain talented staff. This includes equipping managers and supervisors to
effectively support staff with caring responsibilities and those who work
flexibly. There are a number of tailored programs for staff before and after
parental leave, new fathers as well as managers and supervisors.
