ANZAC University Closedown 2016 Payroll Deadline for Final Approvers

Due to the ANZAC day public holiday on Monday 25 April 2016, there will be one less working day available for the timesheet approval process in the current pay fortnight.

To assist with the approval process your casual and sessional staff have been asked to submit their timesheets as early as possible and by no later than 5pm on Thursday, 21 April 2016 and first level approvers have been asked to approve the timsheets before 4:00 pm on Friday 21 April 2016. They have also been asked to let you know when the timesheets are ready for your final approval step.

If any of your first level approvers are not available to approve timesheets before 4pm on Friday, 22 April 2016 deadline, please contact Access HR on 9902 0400 providing us with an alternate approver.

All approvals for electronic time sheets still need to be completed by 5:00pm Monday, 25 April 2016 in order for staff to be paid on Thursday 28 April 2016.
