The University has recently implemented
the new HR Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach. With this approach
the aim is to deliver a more seamless experience for staff who contact Access
HR with their general HR enquiries. The ability to capture enquiry history and
ensure service continuity should lead to an enhanced staff experience, and we
look forward to demonstrating higher levels of staff satisfaction with this new
structure.
Consolidating transactional HR work
The remaining transaction work that is
currently undertaken in HR Service Hubs will be consolidated. This work will
transition into the HR Operations Centre, where the HR client support officers
will be situated.
Structures:
Lead HR Business Partner: Ms Felicia Beilby has been appointed to the role
of Lead HR Business Partner. In this role, Felicia will provide
strategic guidance across the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing, and Health Sciences
relating to workforce and performance.
The local HR team servicing the SCS will
include:
Senior HR Business Partner: Ms Selda Evci will
now look after the SCS as well as other clinical areas including Central
Clinical School and Eastern Health plus Public Health and Preventative
Medicine. Selda will be supported by Ms Nevasha Wood, in a HR Advisory
capacity. Nevasha has previously been based at the Alfred and comes
with many years Monash HR experience.
We thank Sue
Drummond for all her work in supporting the School over the last nine months
and wish her well with her new HR portfolio of Allied Health. We welcome both
Selda and Nevasha to the School and look forward to working with them for all
our HR needs.
