Women's Health Week - Optimising Women's Nutrition and the Ageing Process

During Women's Health Week (2-6 September), Monash Wellbeing have partnered with Be Active Sleep Eat (BASE) to deliver a presentation on Optimising Women's Nutrition and the Ageing Process.

The seminar will look at how nutrition may be different for women in their 20's versus women in their 60's, and every decade in between.

With respect to nutrition and food our needs and our priorities change as we get older. This depends on family commitments, our work environment, and our health.

This 45 minute presentation will discuss what the evidence says about our changing needs and give some tips and ideas about how to best support our bodies through the ageing process.

During Women's Health Week, we will also be sharing interviews on Workplace with women in the various age groups and asking them for their personal experience of nutrition as they age.
