Photocopy audit

The University as a whole has commenced a three month photocopying monitoring audit.  This audit is mandatory under the Copyright Act and the terms of the educational licence held by the University.

In simple terms - it is recording of paper-to-paper photocopying. Many, but not all, photocopiers across the FMNHS precinct are included in the survey with units that are included clearly labelled as such.

IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO NOTE (& ACTION)
If you walk up with paper, journal, or book etc and photocopy the item making additional copies YOU MUST complete the relevant form - this is considered paper-to-paper.

Using the Multi-functional devices as a printer or scanner is NOT included and NO action is required.

The audit commenced on Monday, 26 August and will conclude on Sunday, 17 November.
