eSolutions staff are working through contacting every Windows 7 user, and starting this week, we will be introducing a pop-up message on Windows 7 devices. This pop-up is expected to encourage staff to log a request to eSolutions. Staff do not need to wait for the contact or pop-up messages - Windows 7 users are encouraged to log a request with eSolutions at their earliest convenience.

Windows 7 End of Life
Over the next few months, eSolutions are working on phasing out Windows 7 from the Monash environment. Depending on the age of the device, some staff will need to update from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and will not be required to purchase a new device, it's simply a migration to the new operating system - Windows 10. Older machines will need to be replaced with new hardware.
