Casual pay submission and approval deadlines

There will be a change to the timesheet submission deadlines for the next pay F22-2018 due to the Easter public holidays on Friday 19 April, Monday 22 April and Tuesday 23 April.



FOR SUPERVISORS:
We remind supervisors to make sure all staff timesheets are submitted and approved to ensure staff are paid in a timely manner.

Staff members have been advised to submit timesheets via ESS by 11:59pm Tuesday 16 April 2019. You will need to log into ESS before 12pm on Wednesday 17 April 2019 to approve any outstanding timesheets. It is imperative that you approve before 12pm so the final approver can log in between 12pm and 5pm to make the final submission.

FOR FINAL APPROVERS:
Staff members have been advised to submit timesheets via ESS by 11.59pm on Tuesday 16 April 2019; their supervisors have been advised to log into ESS before 12pm on Wednesday 17 April 2019 to approve them.

Please log into ESS between 12pm and 5pm on Wednesday 17 April 2019 to submit final approval.

If you will be away or have limited internet access on this date, you may wish to organise with your Timesheet Administrator for an alternative person to approve during your absence. If your staff’s timesheets are not approved, they will not receive payment.
