Information sessions for fixed-term and continuing academic staff who are interested in applying for academic promotion have been scheduled for September.
- 21 September, 2:00 - 3:30 PM: Basic Research session
- 24 September, 1:00-2:30 PM: Clinical Research session
It is strongly encouraged that you attend a faculty information session if you are considering applying for promotion. More information about all the sessions, including the registration links, can be found here. Kindly register your interest to attend the faculty information session by: Wednesday 16th September.
It is also highly recommend that promotions candidates attend the Achievement Relative to Opportunity session on 31 August, and any other supplementary sessions that are relevant to them (Women's session, Education Framework sessions). This session will help you in addressing ‘relevant circumstances’ within your case for promotion; and
The Monash Education Academy are running interactive workshops to help you construct an evidence-based case for promotion in your education case, with sessions in a date range from 31 August into September.
Sessions will be recorded and made available for staff who are unable to attend.
