Installation of Infrastructure for the Electrical Upgrade project will be occurring in the Building Plant & Equipment area alongside the MMC Loading Dock. Whilst works are in progress the available width of the MMC southern service road will be reduced.The works commenced on Monday, 7 October 2019 and will run until Friday, 18 October 2019
How will this work impact me?
Traffic flow past the works zone will be restricted to a single lane
Drivers using the service road will need to:
o travel more slowly than normal,
o observe signage directions
o be aware of vehicles and personnel in the area
o give way to other vehicles using the service road.
What about safety?
- Safety is an integral component of the works
- Safe Work Methods are prescribed and appropriate precautions taken to minimise the risk of incidents whilst works are underway
- Appropriate tools and personal protective equipment will be used
