Brief Details
The ITRP comprises of two schemes:

• Industrial Transformation Research Hubs (IH20)- Research Hubs engage Australia's best researchers to develop collaborative solutions to the strategic priorities. The focus is on the creation of industry and academic partnerships working together on research and development projects to create innovative and transformative solutions for industry
• Industrial Transformation Training Centres (IC20)- Training Centres foster close partnerships between university-based researchers and industry, through creating and delivering innovative Higher Degree by Research (HDR) and postdoctoral training.

Key Changes to ITRP Application
Please note the following key changes to the IC/IH application in RMS, relative to last year:

• Title length is 150 characters (approximately 20 words)
• D1 - Project description section (previously C1) has been re-ordered
• Previous G2 section 'Statements on Progress' for ARC-funded projects has been removed    
• E2 (Justification of funding requested from ARC) has a new page limit of 6 pages
• G1 section from previous years has been removed, and the information from the former G1 table is included at F5 and F9 (ROPE Section).
• Changes to the Project Limits rules, particularly where applications under consideration no longer count towards these limits

Key Dates

RNTA due to MRO (due to ARC) - November 20 (Nov 27)

Deadline for MRO Review (via PURE) - November 27

ARC Deadline - December 11
