The Monash Health gardening contractor will be attending to high priority tree works throughout the Browns Road North car park which will be completed over a period of approx two weeks.Each morning a number of car parking spaces will be closed to enable works to proceed safely, minimising risk to the contractors and to Monash Health staff and vehicles. The works commenced at on Tuesday June 25, 2019 and are anticipated to conclude within a fortnight, weather permitting.
Each morning the contractors will close a number of car parking spaces. Staff who usually park in these spaces will need to park elsewhere on that day. The area adjacent to the end of the Multi-deck will be opened early each day to provide spaces to balance out those reserved for the tree works.
The multi-deck will be opened at 9:30am on these days to assist balancing the spaces closed for tree works. The tree works will cease each day at midday, releasing all spaces back for afternoon shift parking
Safety is an integral component of the works conducted by contractors for Monash Health. Safe Work Methods are used and precautions taken to minimise the risk of incidents whilst works are underway.
Bollards and signage will be used to identify areas reserved for tree works.
