NHMRC apologises for the delays experienced by Sapphire users during the past few days. Investigation identified a number of contributing factors, but particularly memory capacity of a server that supports Sapphire.

MRO Guidance for Sapphire Grant Management System

RGMS to Sapphire Migration Key Profile Changes  
The MRO have put together a document that summarises the Key Changes that may have occured when RGMS profiles were migrated over to Sapphire on the 12th of February. It is suggested that applicants use the attached document as guide to check their Sapphire profile to ensure that their profile data has been migrated correctly from RGMS.

Sapphire Launch

NHMRC is excited to announce the launch of the new NHMRC grant management solution, Sapphire. As of yesterday, 24 February, researchers and RAOs will have access to view and update their profile information in Sapphire.

SAPPHIRE - NHMRC Grant Management System

Progress is continuing towards the implementation of the new NHMRC grant management solution, Sapphire. In preparation for the potential launch, NHMRC will copy RGMS users’ CV/Profile data from RGMS to Sapphire after 5pm AEDT on Wednesday 12 February 2020.
