University HR confirmed that in 2022 the 3:2 model for working on-site:home will be available to our ongoing and fixed-term professional staff, where their supervisor determines this can be accommodated within the requirements of their role.
Staff seeking this flexibility will need to complete the Working Safely from Home module and request to work from home (up to two days a week) via the application form (annually and when their role changes). Supervisors will be responsible for approving requests and will determine the suitability of their role in accordance with the Working from Home procedure.
