Professor Bryan Williams awarded scholarship to National Cancer Institute, NIH

Professor Bryan Williams has been awarded a three-month visiting scholarship to the Bethesda and
Frederick Maryland campuses, from the National Cancer Institute, National Institutes of Health .

Professor Williams will be involved in a NCI Cancer and Inflammation program site visit and will also meet with different investigators at the NCI Centre for Cancer Research in the immunotherapy/innate/acquired immunity field.

"I also hope to be able to determine whether there may be synergies between Monash University and Hudson investigators and NCI researchers that could lead to collaborative programs taking advantage of the extensive platform technologies and resources available at the NCI," Professor Williams said. 

"Such programs could provide a competitive advantage for Monash and Hudson researchers in Australian funding schemes."
