Synopsis: Shift workers are at increased risks of
cardiovascular disease and type-2 diabetes. Their night time eating habits may
be a contributing factor, as it forces the body to metabolise food when they
are supposed to be asleep. This thesis explores if manipulation of meal timing
can reduce shift workers' metabolic disease risks.
Supervisors: A/Prof Maxine Bonham, Dr Kate Huggins
