If you’ve been feeling low on energy, out of balance or demotivated, it’s important to know – you’re not alone. Lockdown creates a pressure-cooker of unique stressors: additional demands such as supervising children and care-giving, the lingering sense of uncertainty and the lack of access to the usual activities we use to blow off steam. With all this in mind, how can we better care for ourselves during this time so that we still have fuel in the tank to make it to the finish line?
