Important information regarding upcoming submissions for DP20
Compliance Checking Procedures
Please note the 1st check deadline for MRO compliance and eligibility checks is Monday, 11th of February. If you have not yet submitted your application for a compliance check, please do so as soon as you have a complete draft in RMS (i.e. all sections of the application are 'green').
Once you have a complete draft, please create a Pure record and send it to pre-approval to notify the MRO you are ready for a check. Please note that pressing 'submit to research office' in RMS is no longer necessary at this stage.
Request Not to Assess (RNTA)
RNTA forms are due to the ARC by Wednesday 13th of February. If you wish to submit an RNTA form, please forward a completed form to mro-applications@monash.edu as soon as possible. Please find the current version of the form attached.
Note that if you wish to exclude a College of Expert Member from assessing your proposal, a signed letter will need to be arranged with the MRO.
Certification Forms
All necessary certifications should be collected ahead of the ARC's deadline. Please find the Monash certification form attached. Completed certification forms should be forwarded to mro-applications@monash.edu.
Applications no longer going ahead
If you have created a DP application in RMS, but do not intend to submit, please delete the application in RMs as soon as you are able.
