As we approach the end-of-year closedown period (from Friday 21 December 2018 to Tuesday 1 January 2019), we remind supervisors to make sure all staff timesheets are submitted and approved to ensure staff payment prior to closedown.
Employees have been advised to submit timesheets via ESS by 9am on Wednesday 12 December 2018; then their supervisors will log into ESS between 9am and 12pm to approve them.
Please log into ESS between 12pm and 4pm on Wednesday 12 December 2018 to submit final approval. If you are not able to view any timesheets, please check if the supervisor has already approved their staff’s timesheets.
If you will be away or have limited internet access on this date, you may wish to organise with your Timesheet Administrator for an alternative person to approve during your absence. For this end-of-year payment, if your staff's timesheets are not approved, they will not receive payment.
The final pay for 2018 will be Saturday 15 December 2018.

pay of 2019
Outstanding electronic timesheets that are not submitted and approved by
this deadline will be processed for payment on Thursday 3 January 2019.Monash HR will reopen on Wednesday 2 January 2019.
