Graduate Research Services is pleased to report that Kieren Marini has fulfilled the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy.
His thesis
titled: "Mechanisms of platinum chemoresistance in lung cancer" was
ratified by the Graduate Research Steering Committee on Tuesday 2nd
February 2016 and will be conferred upon graduation.
Kieren Marini’s thesis presents a large body of original research that has addressed novel questions in the field and yielded new insights into platinum resistance in lung cancer. Kieren's research is an excellent body of work that will have value in approaches to understanding resistance to therapeutics of all areas of oncology into the future.
